Hi, I have an experience of developing python apps for over 6 years now and know the framework in and out. I would be happy to help you set it up on AWS as I have done with many other apps before. Let me know if you want to see any of my existing apps that is running on aws as I am currently also administering a few apps on aws. I am more interested in the part where you talk about improving the performance of spacy. I have done something like this recently with a project that I was working on in which I pickled objects and stored them in redis. As the spacy pickle might turn out to be huge, but even then it would be faster to read it from disk than to instantiate the object for every request. It would completely depend on how the app is using spacy and I request you to provide me some more info about it Rest all the things in your project seem to be standard stuff and setting it up on aws should not be a big deal if it works on local Looking forward to hearing back from you Thanks

I read your attached doc some notes: 1. I'm not sure why your going to hand off using telnet? you can set up accounts using IAMs 2. ~3GB is too large for a django project, cached files should be put into S3 or CDN. 3. Are you looking for a one time setup or automation? I don't know exactly how you want your deployment to work so we should discuss it in detail.

I will setup the complete infra in AWS. This will include setup of services like VPC, EC2, ELB and if required S3, Clouldfront etc. Regarding your issue, we can introduce a caching layer for this service with elasticache, varnish or memcache. However this will also require some changes in the core or configuration.
