Hi there, I have a LLB law degree and a MA international relations. I majored in Global Economics and Security. I was also a Finance manager and Credit manager for 13 years. I have just completed refining and reviewing financials for a Business Plan for a Saas online software start up(VC) with Financial Services Authority(UK) approval. The requirements are very strict and highly detailed, and it has all gone to plan thus far. The client( The CEO) of several major UK companies, as well as all my other clients, have all been repeat clients of mine, and very impressed with my work. I am an excellent researcher, and I am yet to find a project or subject matter that is beyond me in terms of writing a Business Plan, A Business Progress Plan, or a Plan to a government authority. The difference between drawing up a plan for a bank loan and a governmentt authority as I have just done, is there needs to be a lot of research compiled into statutory in-house company documents such as company policies on risk and health and safety issues in order to convince the authorities that you have assessed the risk and put in contingency plans to mitigate these. Your financial documents need to reflect these risks as well in order to give them the confidence that your business will succeed. I believe that my Insolvency experience has given me a unique perspective of having investigated companies that have gone into liquidation, and I have a in-depth understanding of the risk analysis, financial analysis and marketing aspects relating to this. I assume that you already have financials in place(Cash Flow Forecast, Sales, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet, as you have been up and running , so what you need is a really well-written, convincing, and a financially sound Business Progress Plan. I can do this within a few days, based on my experience of having just done this. It is easier to do this if you are dealing with a blank canvas, but to re-write and refine a document, whilst ensuring the content and information is kept is a bit more time consuming. I estimate that this will will approximately 8-10 hours taking into account the pages already written, and that there might be further amends by yourself. I hope to get a chance to work with you.
