My project entails going thru Philippine based websites which contains information on Real Estate Listings (For Sale and For Rent properties) specifically in Makati City and Taguig namely in (i) Salcedo Village (ii) Legaspi Village (iii) San Lorenzo Village (iv) Urdaneta Village (v) Bel Air Village (vi) Rockwell (vii) Forbes Park (viii)Dasmarinas Village (ix) Bonifacio Global City (x) Mckinley Hill. The following are, but not limited to, information which I need to be consolidated in an excel file (and photo folders on the corresponding property): 1) Address (House and Lot: house number, street, subdivision/village, barangay, city | Condo and Apartments: unit number, building name, barangay, city) 2) Selling Price and/or Rental Price 3) Number of bedrooms 4) Number of bathrooms 5) Floor Area 6) Lot Area (if its a house and lot) 7) Number of parking slots, if any 8) Amenities 9) Information of the person listing the property (Name of person, name of company, property owner or broker, Contact Numbers, Email) 10) Available pictures of the property 11) Other remarks
