Custom Dolphin Template

Hi, We are looking for someone to create a custom dolphin template for us. We have a good idea of colours and styles of what we want and have alot of graphics etc. We would like an area to upload our own header graphics, that if we decide to change it, it would be no problem. We would need to know that you have experience with Dolphin, as if you create a custom template for us, will we be able to continue to set our pages as normal in dolphin, add pages etc and it will use the template as base for design? We would prefer if you installed the template for us so we know there are no problems. We need this created this week and have a budget of up to $100. Only people that have worked with custom dolphin templates should bid for this work.
