I have a Joomla component where there is a bug in either CSS or Script that needs fixed. The page contains 2 drop down menus. Selecting the first populates the second dropdown list. This works fine in Firefox and was working in IE but for some reason stopped working in IE8 and 9. When i select one menu, the other menu does not show values from database.
