Dating App for iOS

I have the Designs and specs for an app that i need developed on the apple app store to run on all iOS platforms and current software. This is a dating up with chat services and able to send photos to other users. Will be sold worldwide. I will also need help to find a server to have the app run on. I will also need a backend panel developed (admin page) to be able to approve profile photos and other admin duties. I will not release all the funds until the app is up on the app store and is approved by apple and until testing phase is done. I already have an iTunes connect account and already have the account set up all is needed is the binary for the application. Please bid fairly cause I am very aware of the costs for this type of project. Regards, Matt
