Database Query

I have an access file with two tables. One has multiple email addresses and domain names. The other table has contact information and domain names. I need to do join between the two tables where the first name from the one table is LIKE the email address from the other table. I have uploaded an example excel file to give you an idea on what I need to do. In the attached example I sheet1 has the email addresses and sheet2 the contact information. You will see in sheet2 that the "first" field contains Rick and then in sheet1 there is an email address "rickatthesweeperdotcom". I would need a query that will query the two tables and then update sheet2 with the ex_email "rickatthesweeperdotcom" because ex_email is LIKE rick. The actual size of the tables in access are sheet1 - 20,000 and sheet2 3,000. Anyway, can this be done. What would the cost be? Can you also make it so that it will query between the tables on "last" to find email addresses that match the last names?
