Custom Zen Cart Template Design

I'm looking for a designer who can produce HIGHEST QUALITY Zen cart templates for my client. The templates must work with the latest version of Zen Cart. I require CUSTOM design from you. The design should be created from scratch; you cannot steal other designs and pass them off as your own. The design should be in zip or rar format, with the PSD source files and all other source files included. The design is about Indian and Pakistani Designer clothes (Male + Female) so I prefer that the bidder should be from India or Pakistan who understand the clothing of sub-continent. But bidders from other countries are also welcome, if they think that they can provide me excellent template. The design should be clear and easy to use.
