Custom Wall for Facebook Page:

Hi, I believe this is a relatively simple project. I wish to create a custom tab on my company's Facebook page. It will be used to run contests, where I will be making posts, either text, image, video etc., and users can comment, as well as "vote" or "like"... the tab needs to meet the following criteria: 1) The tab is called "contests" 2) It's a sort of a cross breed between a wall and a discussion board where ONLY the admins can post content to it. Fans can ONLY comment and "like" (or "vote"). 3) contests will be separated (like separate discussion threads) by name and dates 4) Ideally, above every thread, I can post rules of the contest, as well as start date and expiry date. 5) I would be able to isolate the group of people who interacted with a particular thread (or contest). Someone with some experience writing facebook apps is a plus.
