Conon EOS SDK 2.14 getvideo as web cam and take picture

hello i want one console aplication to get the feed of video camera as webcam and take a picture with the canon EDSDK 2.14 i alredy have sources of one to take picture in C#, but i want get the video feed as webcam like: SparkoCam software with this is posible to get the feed the video and take pictures but i want one console aplication. if is posible using just the console aplication: - save pictures in folder and get this folder from xml - load logo to put as whatter mark and config from xml - config position logo from xml - posible to save picture with filters, bn, sepia, and color and other filters like instagram. mi camera is EOS Rebel T3.
