Create part of a distributed desktop sharing app based on VNC

The IDE is Visual Studio 2008 or Visual Studio 2010. The platforms are Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. The language is native C++. VNC code can be found at [login to view URL] The application must capture the desktop screen based on the VNC code. Ideally, this will be an encapsulated C++ class that can be easily added to other applications. (Please add instructions for adding this encapsulated class to another application.) Besides an initial screen capture, the application must also capture subsequent frames as delta information based on the VNC data (and part of the encapsulated class). This data (the sequence of screen captures) will be used to draw the desktop screen and changes on other computers. The desktop capture class will create a continuous sequence of desktop captures, the first of which is the complete frame, followed by the delta of the subsequent screens. There must be a way to view the captured desktop frames. There should be a window within the application that displays the captured sequence of screens (realizing that this will affect the captured data). This should be based on the VNC code, and ideally should be an encapsulated class that can easily be added to other applications.
