Add Master Password Support to Open Source Program

There is an open source program I use that saves usernames and passwords in two plain text files. This is obviously insecure. I would like someone to modify this program so that when the program first starts a master password must be entered. Then using this password the username/password text files are encrypted/decrypted. Many programs such as firefox, thunderbird, bitcoin, and others support this. I believe this is normally done by getting a sha512 hash of the password then encrypting/decrypting with aes256 using the hash. Additional requirements: -Change max simultaneous transfers from 1-10 to 1-1000 (found under settings->transfers) -Change new version check URL to new URL -Change all references to name to new name -Change all URLs to new URL -Compile for windows 32bit and windows 64bit on my machine over teamviewer (may pay extra for linux and mac compiles depending on price)
