Hello, Desktop chat application like the Beyluxe Messenger are complex application with many features. To develop a similar chat system with video and audio support with good quality require to resolve many technical issues. Again this depends of the entire scope and the business background of the idea behind the project. My bid is based on the real life experience in developing similar solutions. Well this project require some strong logic programming, It is essential to be resource friendly too, For video / audio is best for UDP socket For database I would use MySQL or MsSQL For text based actions I will use TCP socket For security Ill just encrypt it so cant be decompiled.
