Coding: To identify ads on online radio stations

I would need an online app that works from a server to constantly scan trough different radio stations and to identify and report when a preloaded ad plays on one of the stations. Identifying the ads can be as Shazam works. Royvanrijn created one with Java. Look it up to get an idea. It needs to be easy to add new ads to be scanned and to remove the old ones. Can be linux and Java, if you have any other way or idea on how to make it, you can say it.
