Hi, I just did the application you need. I did it using VB6, it reads the image URL and opens the application maximized. The only way to close it is by launching the Windows Task Manager or by pressing Ctrl+Q. Regarding the virustotal scan, it was almost succesful, it seems it is not the best virus scan engine. Hello, i have application ready. It is written in Object Pascal programming language. It blocks all shortcuts to get out of it like Alt+Tab, Alt+F4, Windows key etc., the only shortcuts it can not block are Ctrl+Alt+Del or Win+L, this is because of Windows security. Ctrl+Q closes program. Application runs in full screen mode, with "stay on top" being enabled. Executable is not conflicting with anti viruses, virustotal results in 0/56. Tested in Windows 7 and 10. I would be very good for this project because I feel like this would be very easy for me and I have worked with disabling windows hotkeys before so making only two of them work should not be to hard at all.
