Custom GUI (Pure Win32 C++)

I have worked extensively using Windows API, I can do the graphic work too, though I think I am not very much "artistic". I could do the work using Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition. Regards Ciro

Hello. I am expert in C++, WIndows API and Microsoft Visual Studio. Main question - Do you need smooth rounder corners for your windows? If you don't need I can reduce price at twice at least - smooth rounder corners are not easy to implement - rather it needs to create "windowless" controls.

I already have login box made, just have to change it for your program, second window shouldn't be problem for me, its just bunch of buttons, static texts etc.
