Hello, I would like to have a program that can change a specific color(s) that my monitor displays. Only have to work for Windows. Example: Change #ba9b9b to 36ff00. Now on the desktop and in every application where it orginally showed #ba9b9b it should now show the color #36ff00. The looks of the litttle tool don't matter much, I have attached a screenshot for clarification. Questions are always welcome!
