C@ptcha solver

We need a C@ptcha solver developed that will be a one-time fee, we do NOT want a subscription or pay-per-solve solution. We will own this software solution and it needs to work for us to sve c@ptchas like these each time we use it. I have attached a .zip here of examples of the c@ptchas we need solved. OCR should work, you will need to customize. We need this built as either a Windows DLL or some sort of Linux install. It needs to take an image URL as a parameter, and return the text solution to the c@ptcha. The attached images will guide you. Please do not respond until you unzip the images and tell me what the solution for c@ptcha image '[login to view URL]' is. Please reply with this sution in your proposal. This is how I will know you can pay close attention to detail and are suitable for the job, and that you are not a robot. :)
