I have configured, installed, upgraded and recovered Cisco routers for over a decade. As I understand the brief, you need to gain access to EXEC mode on the Cisco router to be able to make your changes. Requirements: Your side; Physical access to the router. Scheduled downtime of at least 30 minutes for config and testing. If you would like me to do the config myself, you will need Internet access and a remote access application on the laptop plugged into the Cisco console port. My side; An agreed upon time and date. The project should take no longer than 1 hour.
