Assist me with Targeted email/Bulk Marketing

I need someone to help me attract attendees to my events. Running 5 events in various cities, each 2 days long, with approx. 20 attendees at each event. Attendees can be anyone looking to learn about the science behind how we interpret visual designs and animations. Typically most people that would be interested are HR people with issues with their elearning systems, sales people, marketing people, etc. Attendees will pay a premium entry price, and commission will ALSO be passed onto freelancer whom assists with closing the account. The beauty of these events is if for example, one company wants to send a team of 10 executives to attend the event, we can even create custom events for them, so that the event is only for that specific company. This project may require cold calls depending on progress of email campaigns. I am happy to negotiate price, but am most comfortable with a success-driven partnership. Success with these will almost certainly mean we would look to work together on many other projects.
