I am looking for someone who can convert a few second flash animation to a video and add some effects (including audio) for this to be used as the Splash portions of a website landing page. Once the flash animation (again less than 10 seconds) has been converted to a video, some editing with regard to the speed of the video clip, audio and other effects will be needed for this Splash landing page to create the impact we are looking for. There is no need for flash animation skills, as we are pleased with the animation (essentially billiard like ball breaking open a pack of balls, and their interaction), but would like the speed of the balls to vary more than the flash animation does. We want the 'Cue' ball to start with an impact, and the balls to slow as the clip moves on, before fading to a plate - which then starts the website. There is no need for any webwork either. We also want the video portion done.
The flash we are want to do the work on can be found at [login to view URL]
Please give a complete bid which includes everything (audio/ music effect). I am not interested in bids which get changed in the process. I am also needing this job completed very quickly with very professional results. Thank you.
I have extensive experience in creating and designing video.

This Animation would be needed to be made from scratch. Otherwise no one can be able to change the speed of the balls as yo are loking for.
So everything will be made from scratch till end thus costing you 277 USD.

Hi, I'm skilled 2D animator with good experience in motion graphic. I work on both Flash and After Effects. It would be my pleasure to help you with your website splash animation. I watched the current flash file, it's pretty simple and I'm sure I can make the requirement adjustments (including sound effects and music) and convert the flash to video file in excellent quality and within 2 days. I'm sure you would be very happy with the result. I assure you ;)
