I need a solution that will create an autoupdating video slideshow of short MP4 video clips as they are added to a folder on a PC running Windows 8.1. The Slideshow must update at the end of each cycle to include new videos that have been added to the folder. Each video is 35 seconds in length. This must loop and run continuous for up to 8 hours. I am thinking this might be done with VLC media player and a command line script but I do not know how to use this functionality. I am open to other ways this can be accomplished.
