Direct Response Sales Video From Mp3 Audio-2

Hi Thank you for reviewing my project. This should a simple project for a skilled video production / editing expert to produce interactive direct response sales video from audio mp3 file. The audio is approx 8.5 min long and the video should be 854x480 rendered in MP4. Both the AVI and MP4 files should be delivered to the buyer. The video is to advertise software to small business owners. I'll only consider skilled video production freelancers who have completed similar projects over the past 12 month. I'll need to see sample proof of sales videos developed. I'm very skilled in developing commercial videos. I've developed studio quality videos using Sony Vegas and tons of interactive videos using Camtasia, Explainer and other video editors but I don't have the time to devote to this project. I'm only interested in top quality work. I don't have the to to go through re-edits after re-edits to get to the quality required. My maximum budget is $40 because I want the best. If you don't provide sample of your work to prove your video development skills, you won't be considered for this project. Thanks again for reviewing my project. David
