Chinese - English Virtual Assistant

This is a unique position available to someone fluent in written Chinese Simplified, Traditional Chinese and English. Two main tasks will be: A) To translate from English to Chinese (traditional and simplified) real estate descriptions and provide same in either Excel format or upload directly to website. Please see and translate attached examples as part of application process. Assistance providing explanations of common real estate English contractions and terms will be provided and VA will quickly find the vast majority of the terms are repetitive and therefor fairly fast to learn. B) Post ads on free classified sites like CL, Backpage, Kijiji, usedeverywhere, + more. Ads are to be posted in classified websites in cities in USA and Canada under Business Opportunities. You will be responsible for ensuring ads maintain a high ranking and are constantly refreshed or resubmitted using standard posting methods. Materials in ads will be simple "cut and paste" and repetitive. No creative writing required. Proof of experience in this area must be provided and examples given. Other duties will be fairly simple requests for research, error checking (in terms of spelling not code) etc. Pay is flat rate per month for approximately 20 hours per week.
