Customer Service / Admin support for my eBay /Amazon accounts

I ran an e-commerce site a few years ago, as well as selling on eBay and Amazon so am fully experienced in this type of work. I also come from a customer service background (call centres and reception work) and currently work in the hospitality industry so my customer service level is very high indeed.
