Application to re-arrange files in several folders into a single folder

Need an application built in Visual Basic / VBA that can do the following: I have several files saved across approximately 514 folders, which are all created inside a main parent folder. I want the application to be able to move the files stored in the child folder (514 or even more) to the parent folder and then delete the child folders. Pls bid with a demo. Pls bid only if you are serious bidder. Feel free to ask questions if what I stated above is not clear. I need the application in not more than 3-4 days... so bid accordingly. Max Budget : $50.
