NO ADVANCE PAYMENT. If the work is not done in the bid time-frame, there will be payment deductions. So, Think and bid accurate time-frame. We will give all to selected 3 bidders. To these 3 bidders there will be a TRIAL work given (posting of 50 ads. After the success of that based on quality of work, understanding, fast communication, the winner will be selected as winner out of the 3 people.
