Afiliate Marketing Shopping Mall

We are intetested in setting up a affiliate marketing shopping mall where customers click on a link to be rerouted to the company website like Target or Walmart etc. The links come from linkshare and commission junction Similar to site [login to view URL] but not the layout/design We would like a website build to where we could go to the backoffice to upload links into a certain category ie: automotive, clothing, houseware etc. We would like the site to have the ability generate a referring url so we can sign up new affiliates example: [login to view URL] referring url [login to view URL] We also need a back office solution that can track all affiliates and their downlines for commission etc. We will also need a few banners in the back office for the affiliates
