We need a Drupal based website that will mimic stack exchange (SE). Basically, I need stack exchange(SE) except instead of people posting questions each forum will be based around a specific topic scraped from the web using unique identification numbers. Just like (SE or REDDIT) users will rate the original topic as well as be able to comment on this topic and rate others comments. Each user will need a log on and a database containing the all of their ratings as well as their comments. The ability to include ads between posts and throughout site and an embedded search engine
