Beautiful 1-page web design with links and feeds

Hello! I'd like you to create a 1-page web site which would be a beautiful "portal" linking to our 7 websites (showing fresh feeds), 4 YouTube channels (with some embedded videos), 5 Twitter accounts and 3 Facebook accounts. You should know how to make a beautiful looking page, putting the logo(s) nicely and inserting RSS feeds. I'd like the RSS feeds to be automatically updated when a new post shows up on one of my sites or Twitter/Facebook. The idea is that we'd create the page and then automatically it is updated when people visit it, and they can click on any "banner" and go to the web sites/blog posts we propose in a new window. It's like a "menu" in a restaurant. It should not be flash as I want it to work on the iPad/iPhone. I should not be a template and important to be beautifully designed and unique looking.
