Coding for html news letters in Concrete5

I would like someone with experience coding html emails to create a couple of email news templates based on one or two Photoshop/PDF examples. It should be relatively simple in design and vary mainly based on amount of text and placement of a few pictures or illustrations which could be boxed into some static placements. The project will begin asap. I am interested to also establish a longer lasting relationship, in case we want to make radical changes or additional news templates.
