Creative Designer to Edit PSD Files

We are looking for a creative designer who can edit our psd files. It is a heavy psd file (145mb) with many layers. You must be able to add additional elements to the psd and while keeping the overall style of design. The ideal candidate must be good with applying drop shadow and 3d effects to buttons and elements. You must be good at creating debossing and embossing effects as well as shading to make things look like they are glowing or shining.
