Custom WP theme

Need a custom wordpress theme very similar to [login to view URL] Requirements: Narrow header with logo in the middle and categories that change color when mouse over 2 columns Dont need featured posts like the example blog. My blog should start with the latest posts. The left column will display the posts. Each post on the frontpage has to have date, author, comments, category and a facebook share button. As you will see on the frontpage each post has a thumbnail. I need the same in my blog, I just dont want to manually resize the images. You must install a plugin that resizes an image from the post and inserts on the frontpage. This point is very important. You need to create some custom images for the blog, like for example for the sidebar headers. I already have the logo, I like minimalistic simple blogs.
