I have an existing web site with images and data which I need to convert to a magento site. the site has 28,000 items on it and will likely grow to 50,000 in 2 years. The speed of the site is an important aspect. I will need advisement on server size and scope of connectivity and processing power as well as other specs for the server/ virtual server. I can get the data out of my server and put into an Excel format. I'll need to tie specs to the items. These items vary across multiple product groups. searches similar to what [login to view URL] will need to be accommodated. [login to view URL] is the site we currently use. I will need some of the advanced sorting offered or search refinement offered by this site and something that works similar to ebay's or [login to view URL] search refinement and power search. Data exchange from EPICOR Prophet 21 to magento will be required. The site will need install the Punch-out add-on for magento. The site will need a way to pull data from a SQL database and update our quantities over night. I have product quantities in 6 locations and would like to have stock shown for each branch. these updates via query or replication will power the product quantities. customer specific pricing shall be pulled from our SQL database as well. the data resides in MS SQL 2008. the pricing query will need to be examined to get it working properly. Quotes out of our ERP Prophet 21 will need to be pushed from our SQL ERP to the Magento site for Punch out live or every 5 to 10 minutes. If these quotes with fixed negotiated prices are accepted then the quote will become and order and need to be put back into the ERP Prophet 21. Completed purchases will have to be pushed back to our ERP and will be part of the data synchronization. An initial mile stone will be funded, and no other payment will be made until the project is completed and working 100% properly.
