Clever and eye-catching online store required to sell adult lifestyle products

We have just started a company which will be selling lifestyle products online - lingerie, condoms, lubricant etc. Think [login to view URL] or Ann Summers. We need a user friendly website that will maximise sales and work quickly and efficiently for the receipt of payments. We would like a nice "clean" design like the one Lovehoney has, with good graphics. We are working with companies that have given us access to their website images and videos,so these will need to be uploaded onto ours. The website also needs to be designed in such a way that we can easily edit text and graphics at anytime without having to disturb the designer! We are also looking for help with brand identity/logo/image, help with SEOs, Google Adwords, and generally driving traffic to our website. The driving traffic part can be looked at as an ongoing monthly add-on project as well (which will be excluded from the initial price - we can discuss this separately). We also want marketing assistance with driving traffic via Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and any other means plus setting these up as well. We would love to have something designed soon. I realise that Christmas is nearly upon and us, but it would be great if something could be designed before then. Otherwise, January will be fine. Due to time differences, we would prefer to work with individuals based in the UK or in Europe. However, you can apply if you have experience in working effectively across timezones. UK English Level 1 minimum is preferred. The website needs to look slick, polished and professional - we don't want the "homemade" look. We need a website that works.
