Create a custom Wufoo form and integrate in the website

It's quite simple for someone who gets it as the program already offers all sorts of how-to. I want to create an order-form in Wufoo ([login to view URL]) for my customers to order via the web. It needs to allow different prices for different customers, so somehow create sub-sets by log-in ID or similar I want it integrated in the website so that customer can click through the WHOLESALE log-in button and get to the form If possible, I'd like to integrate payment, we use SecureNet. And even better, I'd like it to send info and be integrated to mailchimp (which it says it can) and Quickbooks online. Take a look at their website, it says it offers User management, payment integration, prebuilt templates, and even branching. We are a tiny tiny company, cannot spend a ton for this. If too expensive we'll have to do it in-house but would like to get it done faster if possible.
