I have an existing php website that uses a proprietary cms. We need to convert the design to a smarty template that uses the Elevated X cms while maintaining the same general look of the original website. This project is probably about 50% done, but the programmer that started it may not be able to finish it so we are soliciting back-up bids. Please not that this project will include working with explicit adult content. We have other work for programmers that are experts in web development, php, smarty, and javascript and would like to find a programmer we can continue using on a regular basis.
