Bring my Web Site to life please

I am seeking a developer to bring my site to life. I have most HTML/CSS/Template PSD/Images. This will be a directory style of site with frontend forms to capture data for database and search function to serach the database/s etc. [login to view URL] has most of functions that I desire but this will not be a JOB site. I do not want to clone this site! The functions needed include: The ability for a user to register (for adim control) to buy/create/manage a customer listing and a feature page - explaining about their company/products/Services etc. Have most of this and some landing pages but some require further editing. Displaying the sites products and services The ability for users to purchase/upload banners and buy banner space (so will also require module to display rotating banners etc) Have most HTML/CSS/Style for this. The ability for users to search the database (Search criteria) have most of this just need database and front end interface (have search form etc) Also need a Classified section created and mini e-store (Have pages etc just need it coded to fubction etc) (wil need registration etc as for other secion) Would also like social networking similar to australianminingvacancies. Can show what I have so you can get better idea of the type of site I am seeking
