Boutique Ecommerce Store Creation

Hello Everyone, I require a creative and trendy web developer to create an online store for fashion accessories. I have very specific ideas about the layout, structure, design, colour and functionality of the store. I would like to store to be very similar in design, layout and functionality to: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The budget for the site is approx $300 -$400. Only applicants with portfolios or examples of work similar to the sites outlined in the design brief will be considered. So please include examples of work or a portfolio to be considered for this job. I require the ability to update the website according to changes in stock and trends, through a user friendly "back of store" or admin area. I will need to be able to make changes to the homepage banner, logo, catalogue, categories, products and prices/shipping easily. I don't mind what ecommerce package is used to create the admin area as long as it achieves the desired results. To achieve this I'm happy to use a community / free addition of any of the following programs: Drupal, prestashop, joomla, magento etc. I will also need the site to be search engine friendly with SEO, and compatible across different browsers.
