API Required to expose data from MSSQL database

We need a programmer to write an API which will have the following functions Respond to search query with results (search algorithm taken from existing site) Respond to a query with results when lat/lon provided Respond with data when ID is provided (taken from list requested above) Add a row to the database when a request is sent Return a list of adverts with urls (found in database) We can screenshare and give access to the database if required prior to quoting. Any questions let me know. We need this so that we can build a mobile application - the mobile app is NOT part of this project, only the API.
