CSS and offline logo work needed

StoneSoup, LLC, developer of healthcare management software systems, is looking for a web designer to create public-facing sites to market and access our web-based electronic medical record service, EMR-Bear. We are looking for someone that create an inviting site using a clean CSS design, clean definitions, and no HTML. There are three web projects waiting on the right designer. Ideally, the same person could also handle some of our off-line design needs as well. Please feel free to bid regarless if you can take on just the web design, just the offline, or both:
1. A marketing site for our product, EMR-Bear, which will feature a self-guided tour through software features and a tool for capturing lead information. Needed in place by Oct 23.
2. marketing site for our company, StoneSoup, LLC, featuring case studies from our current clients and another form for capturing leads. Needed in place by Oct 23.
3. a fully-transactional portal where users can sign up for the subscription version of our services, initiate a free trial, and access the service via a user name and password. Needed in place by end of 2009.
4. Basic corporate identity work, including the refinement of the logos for our company and our products, as well as business cards, letterhead, etc. Logo work should be in place in time to integrate into marketing sites.
