Add U.S. State and Country Flag Counter to website

I want to create a new page on my phpbb3 website and put these flag scripts in - they show visitors from each U.S. state and country who have visited. Scripts from [login to view URL] I have the flag code to send once you accept bidding. I want the flags to show up in there, on the white background. should be quick and easy? coder will need to basically clone one of the other pages on the site, and edit the main section to include the new code I send.
