Betting website for Counter-Strike:Global Offensive and Team Fortress 2

We're looking for a freelancer to develop a full functional betting website for Counter-Strike:Global Offensive and Team Fortress 2. As the basic is leaked, this job will require: Being able to communicate in english Basic knowledge of what Steam is and how their trading system works Edit of C# Bots and adding features Change the design of a website according to a PSD(Photoshop File) HTML/CSS Coding to achieve different features we want the website to have. Payment happens over PayPal, and payment will be given once the project is done. If this is an issue, then contact me BEFORE the project begins.
