I don't have a big budget but this will be the beginning of a relationship with the right freelancer to build my websites. I intend to build an online marketplace like Etsy, Alibaba or Amazon where different shops will operate. I have the sample websites I want to look like. You should be able to use a magento theme and customize it to the look I want. The site needs to have independent shops which can be customized (logo, color, banners) The different merchants need to have individual dashboard. Important> You should tell me how you will implement this method of Payment, When a customer checks out, the payment should go directly to the merchant account. I will not be charging commissions so the merchants need to be sure, they get paid directly from the customer. I would like to check your proposals, only serious and proposals that address my third problem will be considered. I will also need to see past projects on Magento and specifically Marketplace websites you have worked on. Hello sir, Ref your project if you plan to go with Magento then we will have to develop the full Multi vendor module, not only this we will also need to design and develop a profile type page for each vendor so that the same be viewed on the front end. For payment option i dont think its possible to make direct payment to the vendor account, as payment gateway is registered on your name. Regards, OK Team

Hi, Actually we have developed plenty multivendor ecommerce sites earlier in magento. I confess that right now I am accessing all my data from my system and I will provide you the sample works earlier in the morning tomorrow ( 10AM IST). Moving ahead, as you mentioned that the payment would go directly to marchant's account without your commission; we can resolve this. Firstly we will provide separate login access to each vendor. Then while integrating the cart and payment modules, we will customize the payment API such that the control goes to the dedicated marchant by tracking some marchant_id. Or we can make certain arrangements where a grojp of product uploaded by a merchant will be tagged to an id . while doig the payment that id will be matched to the merchant id and then payment procedure would be done. looking forward to your response and discuss more about this.
