Build Website Frontend in angular2, javascript, HTML5, css

We would need a developer who can manage the front end of our community, interfacing with the exposed rest services and developing starting from already defined templates. We would need a latest generation responsive website that can resize the user interface base on the device accessing (PC, Smartphone, Tablet…). The website MUST be SEO proof: this is a fundamental requirement, which will discriminate our selection. Graphic design and Backend services are managed internally by us.
