Hello, your project sounds like it will be no problem. Do you have the template as a psd? Why do you need color and layout changes? Do you know exactly how you'd like the template changing? Im new to freelancer.co.uk and have kept my bid low because of that. I have done websites built from html before and have converted psd designs in working html websites.
