Name + Description of product 2. Amount 3. Calculated Subtotal price - Calculated Total price - Customer's details will be captured either by 1. popup opened after SEND OFFER button is clicked or 2. form that customer needs to fill in (displayed below the calculation and above the SEND OFFER button) Customer's details that we need to capture and have them sent in email (together with calculation) 1. First Name 2. Last Name 3. Company 4. Address 5. Email 6. Telephone Number 7. Comments - The price calculation will be emailed to admin + the customer's email address after the form is submitted
