Create content for a website and do basic linkbuilding

I’m looking to build a content website that generates organic traffic from search engines. The purpose is to make a website that on the long term generates a passive income for me. The topic is REIT's (Real Estate Investment Trusts) so I expect that you can write about a financial topic. I will provide: - Established domain and webhotel - Fully functional, but blank, wordpress website with admin login - Predefined headlines and keywords for the topics You will need to: - Create 50 high quality articles/posts (2,000 words each) for the website - Write a press release and promote it (with link to the website) on 100 PR websites - Do 100 forum posts, all with unique content, mentioning and linking to the website Milestones: - Complete and get approved 10 articles (posted on the page) - Complete the rest 40 articles (posted on the page) - Write and get approval of press release - Posting of press release to 100 PR website with link (send list of posting URLS) - Do 10 forum posts (send list of postings URLs) - Do remaining 90 forum posts Once your work is done, I will take over the site, style it with the appropriate theme etc. Requirements for a post: - Written in English - Have the appropriate keyword density - You must do your own research in relation to the content of each posts - Must be accompanied by a featured image (minimum 800 pixel in width) and relevant tags About you: - Must have experience in writing SEO friendly texts and identifying relevant keywords - Must have WordPress experience I’m looking to build more of these niche content websites, so if you deliver good work at a reasonable price, there will be more work.
