Custom web design and slicing

I am looking for someone to create my corporate web site, we are a start up looking for custom web design. You must have experience NO templates! You must be an expert in CSS and check all web browsers for compatibility! This is about a 20 page web site where each page will have its own unique body. The header and footer will stay the same, I will provide content for header and footer and for body I will show you samples that I like. This whole Design part of this project can not take more then a week. You will be responsible for all the design and slicing. I will give you 1 week to do the slicing so in total this project can not last more then a week.
