I have a website that I would like to skin to match a design. Attached is a jpg of the design file (I have the .psd file also). The website we would like to skin is [login to view URL] (this is a dev site). You may need to have the programming for the top part of the site from here: [login to view URL] The Navigate AAU button at the top right is active on this page and as you can see, it is on the mockup. One thing that we would like to change from this is to make it responsive for different screen sizes.
